Disability Care Services Complaints Melbourne, Victoria
If you have a concern about your current NDIS supports or services, raise it with your organisation.
Complaints and feedback can be valuable tools for service providers. They can help providers understand what is important to people with disability and improve the quality of the services they provide.
You should raise your concern or complaint with your provider first if you are comfortable doing so, as this will allow your issue to be dealt with as quickly as possible. All registered NDIS providers such as Courage Support Services must have a complaints management and resolution system in place.
If we are unable to resolve your concern or complaint, you should contact the appropriate agency.
To make a complaint, you may seek support from family or a friend, or you might contact an independent advocate. For more information, see: Disability Advocacy.
